Working launch rules · 28 August 2026

Who may bid

You must provide a valid work email, represent the named brand truthfully and have authority to place the bid. BrandMyMouse may request evidence of authority or identity.

When a bid becomes live

The bid details and submitted logo enter the protected BrandMyMouse bid inbox. A single operator verification action publishes the price, website and logo together, and only if the amount still meets the live minimum.

Bid amounts

Opening bids begin at A$500. Later bidders can enter any whole-dollar amount at or above the displayed live minimum.

Fair finish

A valid bid approved during the final five minutes extends the deadline by five minutes. This reduces last-second bid sniping.

Brand display

Brand names, websites, prices and submitted logos are published together after verification. Display does not mean the auction has ended or payment has been received.

Invalid bids

BrandMyMouse may void bids that are unauthorised, fraudulent, abusive, technically invalid or inconsistent with the final sponsorship requirements. The next-highest valid bid may then lead.

After the deadline

The highest valid bidder for each placement is invited to complete the written sponsorship agreement, artwork approval and invoice. No payment is collected through this website while deposits are disabled.

No completed sponsorship yet

A verified bid is not payment and does not by itself create a completed sponsorship. Final placement, production, duration, payment timing and cancellation terms must be recorded in the written agreement.
